2007 Medical Mission Itinerary

                  PAMAG  MEDICAL- SURGICAL MISSION ITERINARY
                               Region 1 Medical Center, Dagupan, Pangasinan
                                        Date: January 31- Feb. 10,2007
                                           Tentative Schedule
 

JAN 31, 2007 Wednesday= U.S. DEPARTURE     
FEBRUARY 2^ND Friday= ARRIVAL IN MANILA
   We are planning to stay in Manila for 1 night.
     Hotel Reservation needed in EDSA= probably in Crown Plaza
Feb. 3^rd ( Sat) = Pangasinan Trip
   Welcome Party at night.
Feb.4^th-Sunday= Pre-op Clearances ( Medical, Anesthesia & Surgical Specialty)
Feb 5^{th – 8th} = Surgeries & Medical Clinics
Feb 8^th night ( Thursday) = Dinner with CME
    Possibly at Lingayen.
Feb 9^th Friday = Family day
    Night= Farewell Fellowship Dinner ( Sponsored by PAMAG)
Feb 10^{th Saturday}= If you want to have a side trip to Baguio, let us know.
Most of us will go  Back to Manila. Need Reservations ? Let us know.

2007 Medical Mission Reguirements

REQUIREMENTS:

 For New Medical Mission Member:
 Brief CV/Resume; Certificate of Training; (Board Certification if available)
And For All Participants:
Current USA Professional License
 ID = 1^st page of passport OR  Driver’s License
 Mission Fee:  MD= $100.00  Others =$50.00
