PAMAG Medical-Surgical Mission 2009 Update
Dear All,
We had a coordination meeting last Dec.16 at Dra.Faith Go’s residence. I guess
everythings a lot clearer now, thank God! We have already identified major and
minor needs and concerns. Point persons were tasked to oversee per event. As for
the venue of the Medical/Dental Mission, we have agreed to hold it at the City
Gym as what’s been done during previous Medical Missions to avoid congestion at
the hospital. Besides, it is more comfortable, more orderly and more organized
if it’s going to be done at the Gym. The Medical/Dental Mission will be
scheduled by District to avoid overcrowding. Since the Province has two (2)
Districts, Feb.2&3 will be for District1 and Feb.4&5 will be for DistrictII.
Hosting for the Dinners is as follows: Jan31 – Chinese chamber of Commerce
Feb.1 – Oroquieta City
Rotary Club
Feb.2 – Dra. Arsie
Buaquina
Feb.3 – City Government
(with cultural show)
Feb.4 – Provincial
Government
Feb.5 – PAMAG
Anyway, I have drafted an Activity Profile which I will be sending to you also.
The final coordination meeting will be done as soon as Dra. Marilyn arrives.
Merry Christmas to all and see you this Feb…God bless!
