A Thank You Message From Charlene Inao, PAMAG Scholar in the Be My Lab Partner Program
Charlene Inao graduated July 31, 2022 from UP Diliman with a degree in BS Chemistry program with Honors (Cum Laude). Here’s her message:
Studying during a pandemic was not easy. There were several adjustments I had to make given my circumstances, but I was fortunate enough to have the Philippine American Medical Association of Georgia’s support as I transitioned to remote learning back in 2020 until I finished my degree this year. It would have been a heavier struggle for me to complete my college education on time if it weren’t for their active assistance in giving me a better learning environment despite the online set-up. Through their help, I am now a BS Chemistry degree holder. With this education, I wish to work as a chemist in the industry and contribute to the advancement of science in the Philippines especially now that it is most needed.
Again, thank you very much for your support. I will always be grateful to your organization.

New PAMAG/UPKAA Scholar

We would like to introduce Ainjelou Marie Arce, our new Study Now Pay Later PAMAG/UPKAA Scholar. She recently graduated from UP Diliman with high honors (magna cum laude). She finished BS Family Life and Child Development with an aim of going into medical school. She was accepted as part of the 2022-2023 freshman batch at University of the East Ramon Magsaysay College of Medicine. We are proud to help her attain her goal of becoming a doctor and servint the people of Quezon. We hope to support her in this path and offer her a chance to fulfill her dreams.

Meet our New Scholars
PAMAG has started a new collaboration with the University of the Philippines Kalilayan-REAP Study Now Pay Later.
We would like to introduce our new scholars UP Diliman students Niel Jasper Pena 4th year BS Statistics and Karizza Reopta 4th year BS Business Economics. With the start of this year’s endeavor our goal is to grow our scholarship program as the scholars graduate and repay their loans to this program. We stressed to them that repayment of their loan benefits other students who may be in need of a little help to achieve their goals just like them.
UP DILIMAN SCHOLARS
As the new semester started, PAMAG continued to support these two outstanding University of the Philippines Diliman BS Chemistry students under the BE MY LAB PARTNER initiative. These students are doing remote learning because of the pandemic and have faced financial challenges thereby the university found a way to match the students with donors such as PAMAG to help them continue their education.
Charlene Inao and Emmanuel Larz Labsan are two of our outstanding scholars for the schoolyear 2020-2021. More power to them and Mabuhay ang mga Iskolar ng Bayan!

Dear Friends,
Happy Thanksgiving to our family and friends in PAMAG and the Georgia community! Even with the pandemic still raging, we are blessed to have our health. Our family and friends have been helping us through this difficult times.
We have been able to share what we have to communities here in Georgia and around the world through our support of Americares. We have been able to do outreach in the Philippines through our local partners there. We aim to continue forging with our mission of sharing with your help.
We would like to acknowledge the great achievement of our recent PAMAG Scholar Dr. Chino Samson from the Lyceum Northwestern University. He placed #5 in the 2020 Philippine Medical Licensure Examination. He is the only one outside of Metro Manila and Davao who is in the Top 10. He was a working student while in medical school and needed our help to finish medicine. PAMAG Scholarship at work!
Happy Thanksgiving!
